My goal is to teach people how to optimize their personal talents
and skills in any situation by harnessing the collective powers of
their mind, their body, and their emotions. The ability to build (or
even re-build) your confidence, step-by-step, is an essential piece
in the "riding puzzle." This training is for the rider and works
from the inside out. It works because it is based on the
Mentally Tough
program developed by LGE Sport Science, the leader in training
world-class professional and Olympic athletes. The result is a set
of concrete strategies that are powerful, easy to apply, and
organized in a step-by-step program. And, they offer
lifetime rewards.

If you are a recreational rider, building your confidence will help
you have a more joyful, relaxed riding experience. The reality for
most of us is that feeling calm, focused and confident can be like the
wind. We might feel that way for a bit, but then confidence
evaporates. We feel helpless to get it back again.
Fear and inconsistencies spring from a variety of sources. Some
worry about riding skills of their horse's skills. For others, if they
haven't ridden for years and want to re-enter riding, they may feel
insecure. Some have had a traumatic horse accident. Still others worry
about their age.
If you have any of these feelings, this information can help you
develop your ability to feel calm, confident, energized, and focused
in a moment. You are going to get stronger by becoming positively
energized -- mentally, emotionally and physically.

Competition brings you face to face with your fears, your
inadequacies, your doubts, and ultimately with yourself. The challenge
of competition is courage, commitment, and discipline upon demand.
Serious competitors dramatically improve their performance by applying
the powerful Mentally Tough
training methods used by Olympic and professional athletes.
If you compete, you can train for the ultimate challenge of control of the delicate mind-body
connections in anysituation.
Like tools in a toolbox, the skills you learn in this program will
be there when you need them. The ability to perform under pressure is
a skill to be understood, learned, and practiced, just like learning
technical riding skills.
As you make a commitment to learn and practice the fundamentals of
mental and emotional control, you will discover more joy, fun,
calmness, and confidence riding and in your life.
