update our site so that we can better meet the needs of our

additional information, including about your riding discipline.
It is optional to provide additional information, but encouraged
so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.
Purchases: To ensure easy shopping and timely product
delivery, we ask for contact information including your e-mail
address and phone number so we can quickly communicate with you
about the status of your order. Additionally, when you order
from barbraschulte.com we ask for your name, address, and credit
card information-all of which is necessary for purchase and
delivery. Also, if you order a gift online and want it sent
directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s
contact information. A third party processes our secure
transactions and they (aitsafe) place a session cookie the first
time the shopping cart is accessed to keep track of the shopping
session. It is not written to your hard drive and will die when
you close your browser. To protect our members, we use Netscape’s
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information
you send us when you place an order, as described in Why

Surveys & Contests: From time-to-time our site may
request information from users via surveys or contests.
Participation in these surveys or contests is completely
voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to
disclose this information. Information requested may include
contact information (such as name and shipping address), and
demographic information (such as zip code, riding level). By
entering a contest, you agree to allow us to use your name only
in any press release and or other promotional activity
announcing the winner. Contact information will be used only to

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as
possible, usually within 48 hours. Items ordered together are
not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item
is out of stock. Canadian and international orders should be
paid in U.S. funds and will be charged appropriate shipping
